does any one knwos about a software or some method which can tell the imunogenic(antigenic) areas in a protein. I mean which portion of the protein will be most immunogenic. I am thinking of using that polypeptide for raising monoclonal antibodies. Thnaks in advance please reply directly at bldixit at utmb.edu bharat
