Can anyone help???
I am interested in performing lymphocyte proliferation/stimulation
assays for the cat. I have seen that a whole blood microassay can be
used - does anyone know if decent results can be obtained, vs.
enrichment by density gradient media. Also, are there any suggestions
as to the best culture medium?
