Pemphigus is an autoimmune bullous disease of the skin. The autoantibodies
attack our epidermal cells with resultant keratinocytes separation. Not only the
skin, but also the mucous membrane can be affected.
Before the corticosteroid era, this is a dreadful disease, but at present time,
we can control its activity via some immunosuppresant agents.
Consult your dermatologist can take your medications on a regular style.
