None that I've heard of, but dehydration isn't good for anything.

The experiment would be:

cage of mice with adequate water
cage of mice with inadequate water

and a disease of your choice.

I bet that the dehydrated mice would do worse, but I doubt anyone will
feel like doing the experiment, since it would be hard to work out just
HOW the dehydration is reducing immunity....
