Hello Carla, I tried to send you a mail by your E-mail, but i think you didn't receive it. I found citrate dextrose solution (ACD) for anticoagulation of blood. Do you know it ? I think, it's a good solution to prepare my blood before to centrifuge it (without killing proteases). Tchao, ERIC
