Expressing my protein in B cells

I'm trying to get high level expression of my protein in B cells (human 
or mouse). So far I've tried electroporation and retroviral infection. In 
both cases I'm getting low levels of expression.

does anyone know about any vectors or promoter sequences that would give 
high level expression in B cells.

Failing that if you've seen any published papers where retroviral 
infection or any other method has been used to express proteins in B 
cells then please let me know.
