Urea in protein antigen

I have a recombinant protein antigen that I'd like to use in cell
culture. It is currently in 8 M urea pH 4.5. Any suggestions on what's
the most effective way to get rid of the urea? Centricon columns,
dialysis tubing?

Thanks,

Tony
