Hi,
could anyone help me? I want to purify by affinty chromatography antibodies
directed to a peptide containing a Cystein residue. I'd like to block its
SH-group. Which way it would be better -- by replacing it with a Serine or
by adding a protective group, so that the peptide conformation remains as
much natural as possible.
