DNA positive ANA negative

I came across an SLE patient serum where ANA result shoed a negative result on HEp-2 slide while its anti dsDNA shwed a high titre (these assays were done using IFtechneques). Anti-ENA for the same patient showed a negative result). 
Is that possible?
