anti mouse cd3/cd28 beads

Hi
 I have to set up the system to stimulated
them and recover T cells without having to scrape them from dishes since
I'm concerned that this might lyse cells;
I wonder if you can let me know where I can find  details on the
preparation of anti CD3/CD28 coated beads or if   you can kindly send me
a
protocol about that. Cells stimulated in this way can be pipetted out of
dishes without scraping?
