I have a rather basic question about FACS as well. If one is looking
for a response to a certain antigen, what is the best source of
antigen presenting cells? Autologous irradiated macrophages? Mixed
peripheral mononuclear cell cultures? Something else? I am mainly
interested in humans. Please post replies to the group. - Kevin
