I was seeing a neurologist for neuropathic type symptoms in my legs and feet.
He had me undergo some extensive blood work and autonomic testing, but has since
been taken ill himself and has gone out of state for treatment. I have received
the results of the testing and am trying to get an appointment at the local
medical college.
Can anyone explain these test results to me......
Autonomic testing indicates "minimal adregenic neuropathy."
Blood work shows "abnormal" for ANA screen (positive), "abnormal"
for ANA pattern (homogenous), and "abnormal" for ANA titer (1:320).
What do these findings indicate? I am a 43 y/o male with foot pain
(bilateral) as well as leg tingling/prickling, cold sensations, etc.
No numbness or weakness.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Stan
