In order to obtain reliable fluid samples of mocinous
saliva I have to
devise a method of removing/incorporating high
viscosity components
before filtering. As a cemical engineer I tend to want
to do some pretty
inconvenient unit processes on involving high energy!
As there is no
room or time to do this I wonder if anyone could help
me by suggesting
methods of peptisation using added components. It is
the intention to
perform ELISA tests on the sample after
homogenisation. Any suggestions?
