I want to know if there are any studies that measure the relationship
between the titre seen in a pre-fusion bleed from a mouse and the
subsequent quality of the hybridomas?
Are any of the hybridomas from a relatively low titre mouse going to
have high affinity?
Is the titre of the sera an indication of the maturation of the immune
response with the usual increase in affinity? (this is my personal bias)
