If you feel you need to concentrate your Ab after affinity purification,
you could use a vacuum centrifuge to concentrate it.  To desalt it, I've
found that using desalting columns are a lot quicker and easier than
doing dialysis.  Using syringe-operated columns work nicely.  I don't
know where you got your NHS-activated column, but Pharmacia Biotech
sells both the desalting column and NHS-activated columns.  Hope this
