When an immune response is characterized as Th1 or Th2
biased, the ratio between IL-4 or IL-5 and IFN-gamma is
usually calculated. On the antibody side, in the mouse
system, IgG1/IgG2a is calculated. My question is: What
about the other cytokines and IgG subclasses? Should it be
better to include more cytokines and IgG subclasses in the
formula? For example, IgG1XIgG2b/IgG2aXIgG3 if it is
logically correct.
