New Vitamin D info

While scanning the internet for articles on the correlation between multiple 
sclerosis
and Vitamin D deficiency, I came across this startling article saying Vitamin 
D
requirements have been tremendously underestimated by government agencies and
toxicity problems have been overestimated.  Here is the URL:
