Converting black/white immunostaining pictures to colored picture

Dear all,

Can anyone tell me how to convert the b/w picture which is taken from a
Rhodamine-FITC staining tissue back to colored(red and green) picture
using photoshop? Is there a way to double expose it to show both red
and green color?
