Yes I noticed that cells adhere if the anti cd3 is coated to dishes , if given soluble cells form clumps in suspension and I don't need to scrape them anyway it seems that the strong stimulation can be achieved if anti cd3/cd28 are bound to a surface, therefore I need to bind them to beads to avoid the adhesion to the dish ---
