Vaccine induced protein epitopes & aPL

Would anyone have an idea if or how any common vaccine ingredients, sugars,
phosphates etc., might transform (in vitro/vivo) to produce or mimic a
protein epitope such that might attract previously existing but otherwise
benign antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL).

Depending on response I will be pleased to post details of the background to
this question.
