I hope that someone might be able to help me. I have been wondering how
closesly related Sv129 and C57Bl/6 mice are. Would it be possible to use
transfected dendritic cells originally generated from the skin of Sv129 mice
to
immunize C57Bl/6 mice without running the risk of any adverse effects?
