Jak Stat - biochemical data

Hi there,
does anyone know where I could find biochemical data of protein interactions and kinetics in the Jak-Stat pathway? I am trying to build a simulation model of this pathway and therefore I need phosphorylation/association rates/constants and cellular concentrations (in vitro or - better - in vivo) of components of this pathway.

Also papers that give such quantitative biochemical data would help a lot.
