isolated and persisting IgM antibodies against candida?

can someone give me more informations about isolated IgM antibodies against
candida? How can an antibody scheme IgG negative, IgA negative and IgM
positive during a period of several weeks be interpreted? Can someone give
me literature about isolated IgM antibodies (persisting IgM) against
candida?
