in vitro differentiation of mouse nk cells

Hi folks!
I would like to differentiate bone marrow of C57Bl/6 mice into NK-cells
in vitro. I am currently keeping the BM cells in IMDM, 15%FCS, SCF, IL3
AND IL6.
To which cytokines & concentrations do I have to switch? Which
publication desribes the necessary conditions?
