Hello
I am interested in using a glycoprotein as an antigen in human PBMC cultures. The
protien is available commercially and its buffer composition is Tris-HCl, NaCl,
0.1% Triton X-100, CaCl2, Sodium Azide (.05%) and 50% Glycerol, pH 7.5.
How should I treat this protein to make it fit for the culture use.
