I am collecting BALF samples from mice with the intent of measuring IgG
levels. I was wondering if there is a way to prove that the lung has not
been damaged during sampling as i am interested in IgG that has crossed the
epithelia, and contamination with IgG from the underlying tissue/and vessels
would invalidate results. Samples with haemaglobin are being discarded, but
this is not satisfactory.
If anyone could help i woul be very grateful
cheers
