Anti MHC class II antibodies (mouse IAb) for in vitro studies?

Has anyone been using anti IAb (MHC class II for e.g. C57Bl/6 mice)
antibodies for blocking MHC class II-dependent antigen-specific
proliferation in vitro? I would be very happy for a recommendation about
which clone of antibodies to use and where to get it, and also which doses that might be appropriate, and good control antibodies. Thanks in advance!
