Greetings everybody. Have anybody ever been confronted with difficulties in ELISA of plant protein extracts. hIL-10 transgenic plants were analysed and signal in the control probe (not-transgenic plant) was as well as in the extracts from transgens. We propose it's because of presence of lectins binded polysaccharides which served as antigene. Is anybody know how to solve this problem.
