I am doing some market research into the amount of antibody used in an
ELISA. I realise that this question is a little like "how big a piece of
string", but I am looking for rough estimates.
I want to calculate the amount of µg used per well. The simplest way to do
this would be to calculate the concentration of antibody used in the coating
solution and work it out from there. I am therefore looking for a protocol
of how to prepare a 96 well plate and what concentration of antibody is
used.
I will assume that the range of antibody coating concentrations is roughly
similar between applications.
Can anyone help?
