Will HIV infect any cells other than the T-helper cell?

No. This would make no sense to the virus, which is a parasite requiring
the host nuclear machinery in order to replicate itself. In addition,
killed T cells, like any other dead cell, would be rapidly cleared from
the system via phagocytes.
