mouse neutrophils isolation

Hi,

I try to isolate mouse neutrophils using dicontinuous Percoll gradient. I have contamination with lymphocytes and RBC. Does somebody use a protocol which works nicely and permits the isolation of a quasi pure and non activated population of mouse neutrophils?
