Immunology
IVT is a biotechnology research company with a liposome-based delivery
system that elicits rapid and long-lasting CTL and antibody production
following a single administration. We currently have an opportunity for a
cellular immunologist (B.Sc. with 2 years experience or M.Sc. in related
subjects) who is able to perform immunological assays (flow cytometry such
as intracellular cytokine staining, MHC-tetramer FACS assays, cell
purification from various tissue sources, ELISPOT, cytotoxicity assays,
Th1/Th2 cytokine response assays, cell culture and animal handling),
industry experience is a plus.
The project involves monitoring immune responses upon administration of
therapeutic vaccines in (pre-)clinical setting for in cancer and infectious
diseases.
