[Immunology] infectious diseases from mice

Hi all,

want to just ask a question:
While vaccinating mice (Balb/C) with incomplete
Freund's and plasma derived HBsAg, I had a needle
stick to my finger tip. Though I thoroughly let bled
the stick point and washed my fingers, what are the
possibilities of local or systemic diseases I would be
prone to, if any.
