[Immunology] harvesting mediastinal lymph nodes in mice.

Hi all,

I am looking to harvest mediastinal lymph nodes in mice. I need the
technical know how to do it. Like where to look for them, and how to
recognize them. Basically anatomical localization. Anybody with
experience in this field, please help. Thanks in advance
