I would like to know the exact material used in LDH assay (Korzeniewski and Callewaert, 1983). What I know in the assay they used are:

  199-albumin
  lactic acid dehydrogenase substrate mixture:
  ( 5.4 x 10-2 M L (+) lactate,
    6.6 x 10-4 M 2-p-iodophenyl-3-p-nitrophenyl tetrazolium chloride,
    2.8 x 10-4 M phenazine methosulfate,
    1.3 x 10-3 M NAD in 0.2M Tris buffer, pH 8.2)

  is that all?

Have anyone run this test before on NK cell? Can you help me on this?

  Thank you in advance.

  Lit
