[Immunology] 293T cell conditioned medium

I am currently investigating the actions of a particular cytokine (a 
Wnt family member).  My plan was to use conditioned medium from 293T 
cells that have been transfected with an over-expression vector and use 
the untransfected cells as a control.  However, I am not sure whether 
primary mouse BM cells will be able to grow in this.  What other 
factors are secreted by 293T cells, and what additional factors (if 
any) would you add?
