Hi,
I am graduate student in a tissue engineering lab and I had a question about
ELISA.
I have a cell-seeded PLLA scaffold, that is now covered with extracellular
matrix (tissue). I would like to do an ELISA test for ECM proteins, but am
not sure how to digest the scaffold without denaturing the proteins.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
