[Immunology] about complement assay

Hello Juila, I am Chun Hao, a graduate student in the University of 
Pennsylvania. I am establishing a complement assay method for my 
experiment and want to use the products from Sigma too. After doing 
some research on the net, I find you have the same problem that it use 
large volume. Just want to know do you have any solution right now?
