Hello!
I'm trying to detect CCR7 on PBMCs for the study of the immunological
memory in HBV and HCV infection.
Does anybody know whether there are known differences between freshly
separated PBMCs and frozen cells respect to the expression of this
marker?
In preliminary experiments I found no alterations in the expression of
other lymphocyte's markers, but with CCR7 I found what could be a
complete downregulation of the molecule.
