[Immunology] CytoTox 96 Non-Radioactive Cytotoxicity Assay Promega

Have anyone used this product before? is it reliable?
  I already spend a box of this product but still I couldn't get a consistent result. 
  Human PBMC was used as effector cells and K562 as target cells.
   
  The latest result I got. 
   
  K562 cells/well          10 000           10 000              10 000                10 000
  PBMC cells/well       100 000         200 000            400 000               800 000
  % cyto                       5.02             10.16                20.32                  20.78
   
  Is the percentage is low?
  Shall I stimulate the NK cells with IL-2 or other cytokines?
   
  I need opinion.
