Hi all,

I am wondering if someone could give some hints as to what media etc I need
to successfully culture K56 cells. I have tried DMEM, and other standard
complete media to grow these cells without any success. I need help.

Hi,

I need the YAC-1 cell line for the cytotoxicity assay of NK cells. I  
wonder if someone has this cell line and is willing to send me an  
aliquot.
