Dear Dr Kumi-Diaka,
I bought the K562 from ATCC and revived the frozen cell in IMDM with 10% FCS. Then I changed the medium to DMEM with 10% FCS. It also grow well in RPMI 1640 with 10% FCS.

Hi all,
I am wondering if someone could give some hints as to what media etc I need
to successfully culture K56 cells. I have tried DMEM, and other standard
complete media to grow these cells without any success. I need help.
