[Immunology] MPO assay

Hello
  I am woking on inflammatory conditions in lungs. I want to do myeloperoxidase assay in lung tissue. I'm having some trouble in the (HTAB, O-Dianisidine HCl) assay especially 
 in converting the slope, change in OD/time, into MPO units.   I'd
appreciate any assistance with this aspect of the protocol.
