For flow cytometric immunophenotyping:
Could someone help me with the exact contents of the TQ-prep (BC) solutions
for preparation of whole blood for antibody staining (want to prepare these
in-house)?
Or, does anyone use a well-standardized in-house FCM phenotyping preparation
solution-s?
For fixation of cell bound antigen-antibody complexes (again for FCM), which
concentration of paraformadehyde works better, 1 or 2%, or ?
And last, some dissolve paraformadehyde in dH2O, while others use PBS. Which
one is more suitable for immunophenotyping of PBMCs?
Thanks in advance for any comment...
