[Immunology] macrophages contamination/

 Hello!

              As i am producing monoclonal antibody but these cell lines are
highly contaminated with macrophages & there is no increase in hybridoma
SP2/0 cells,



kindly suggest me to escape my cells from macrophages contamination.
