[Immunology] want a ligand to target to activated macrophages in atherosclerosis plaque

Dear All,

Actually I am not familiar with the immune system, so I want to get a help here.
Currently, I am working on a drug delivery system that I want to deliver some
nanoparticle to the macrophages in the atheroclerosis plaque. I am somewhat in a
hurry to write a plan for this. Would somebody give me a help and provide some
information and reference?
