Hello everyone,
I work currently with antigen presentation of mCMV in BL6 mice. At the moment am looking for a cell line
that expresses a good amount of H2-Kb on their surface and is infectionable with mCMV. Up to now I work with
IFN-gamma treated MEFs but this system might be a little bit to artifical.
Has anyone experience with RMA cells and can say where can I get them?
