Science Article on Electronic Publishing among Physicists

OK, Dave 
I agree, if the leaders in a field of research get involved in
publishing electronically, then we have a chance at making it go.
Does anybody reading this consider themselves a leading researcher
in their field? Do you work in the same lab as a leading researcher?

If no leading researchers reply to this, does anybody have any
ideas on how to get the news out?
