Elsevier wrong journal fix?

Recently, I've been receiving the wrong Trends journal from Elsevier's
US distributor.  I contacted the distributor, who said my request would
be forwarded to Elsevier.  Can you recommend a more direct way to solve
this problem:  an address for reporting subscription problems, perhaps?
Any chance I'll be able to get the back issues I've missed so far?
