Bravo to the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition of
the United States, which aims to bring down journal costs and
publication times. The latest initiave by the Coalition and the UK Royal
Society of Chemistry aims to reduce costs by one twentieth with a new
peer-reviewed electronic journal "PhysChemComm".
